Well, despite the mysteriously small portions of the Happy hour liquor they claim to be 30 ml in size, the weird owners and the horrible food, Balcony is still a convenient enough place to meet up pre dinner with your gay Asian friends or those who adore them. Oh, also ignore the bad service. The waiters are only interested in pulling in new customers and actively forget you as soon as you sit down.
